9.4 DFIL Messages

9.4.1 DOpen

The DOpen message is called at the beginning of the experiment, before any trials have been run. At this time the DFIL should open any output files it uses and do any DFIL-specific initializations. n is always zero upon DOpen, and params->data, always NULL.
