Chapter 6. ACTNs
ACTNs are PSYXs which define and handle actions that can be executed via the Trial Manager. Unlike ODEVs and IDEVs, which also implement actions, ACTNs need not be connected to the IDEV Manager or ODEV Manager in order to be sent action messages, and thus are useful for actions which do not require any hardware intialization, or do not require the overhead of implementing the full IDEV or ODEV message sets.
