3.4 XRES Purging

The XRES manager keeps a table of all open XRESs. Periodically, this table is flushed, and all XRESs are purged (i.e. the PSYXs are sent the pDeinitialize message and are removed from main memory). If, for some reason, your XRES should not be purged, it must lock itself using the PSYX manager utility SecurePSYX().
