Instructions for Presenters at CoNLL-2009

Please check the program for whether your paper appears as an oral or poster presentation.

Oral presentations

Talks are assigned to a 25 minute slot, which includes time for set-up, the actual talk, and the question period. You should plan your talk to take no longer than 20 minutes, which will leave about 3-4 minutes for questions. Session chairs will be asked to keep you strictly to this time.

Check the program for you session time. Please arrive to your session 5-10 minutes before the start time for the session, introduce yourself to the session chair, and either upload your presentation or check your laptop connection.

Please note that the local organizers do not offer laptops for the CoNLL-2009 sessions. Please bring your own laptop or try to make arrangements to use someone else's laptop for your presentation.

Poster presentations

Poster board are 30 inches high by 38 inches wide; please prepare your poster accordingly. Pushpins will be provided along with the poster boards.

The poster session is Friday, June 5, 14:10-13:30. Posters will need to be set up during the lunch period immediately before the poster session.
